I'm thinking the Suns might be a little worn out.

Maybe, the effect of this game should show in the second half Friday. One thing is certain, their fans will complain about playing the Lakers on a second of a back to back. That's all they did last season when it happened.

I would like to add to the "keys to the game"...

-Keep a cool head throughout the game-
Reasoning: the game is in PHX and the crowd is always intense when the Lakers are in the building. We cannot afford to lose our temper and give the game away with techs.

Great thread as well!

Whether you intended this post to be serious or not, I find it extremely funny that you posted it before the game even started. It's almost like you're overcompensating for something... hmmmm.

Pound the ball inside all game and Kobe should set up the offense and play within the flow of it and we will destroy them

Good thread... I'm rooting for Orlando tonight as well as it is apparent that neither the 76ers or Wizards will be relevant this year.

Hah, actually nba.com this morning had LAL-PHX on Saturday so I got confused...now it's back on Friday

Well I still think it's a poor excuse for us, every team has back to backs. Plus 3rd game of the season, fatigue shouldn't be too much of an excuse.

Haha, it's all good. I just hope we can contain Dragic. I'm more worried about him than any other Suns player.

For good reason I think; you know what you're gonna get with a lot of our players. Dragic though, he can have games where he'll just torture his man.

I think both teams have some new key bench players to watch out for as well though. For us, we're still experimenting but for example Childress has the potential to come out and get some serious stops. He gave Portland some headaches on Tuesday (even though we didn't as a whole  )

I have to go with the Lakers here, we're just too experimental with strategy, rotation at this point - you guys are a better team but once we figure ourselves out, I think we'll at least give you a run for your money in the future games.
