Does anybody know if NBA League Pass blocks Hawks games in GA?
I have Dish Network and tried to watch the Hawks game on the free trial of NBA League pass, but got an error message saying that this game could not be viewed in my area. I could watch EVERY OTHER game!
I want to get it if it allows me to see Hawks games during this DIsh network Fox standoff.

Past experience is yes they are blocked due to local blackout rules. I don't know how far the blackout ranges from Atlanta, but if SportsSouth is on the local cable in your area you are probably screwed. The blackout even blocks watching replays on broadband as I found out the hard way after forgetting to set my DVR and getting stuck at work late.

This is the part that made me sick.
I agree on the Live broadcast, but they could offer it on the broadband LP once it ended, or even on following day.
I know that this kind of rule exist in some countries for the Euroleague TV offer, where you can watch the game just after Live ends, or even on following day.
It should be like that in every offer.

Ya im pretty sure you could watch the replay the next day even in ATL. Also, I know there is a way you can block your IP and it will let you watch something regardless of the blackout rules. I have no idea how you do it though.
Is it to much to ask for a team that plays hard and cares? Seems so.

I didn't try the next day, I was trying about 4 hours after the game was over online. You can anonymously browse but I pretty sure your account has an location attached to it if you are accessing broadband via a dish, directv, or cable subscription to league pass. Not sure if you just sign up for broadband. I don't know if it uses your credit card billing address, but it wouldn't surprise me.
