Jeff Van Gundy "Rockets will beat Lakers in WCF"

He said in the Heat/Magic game. This guy is such a tool. Obviously he's assuming Yao will be healthy.

While I think Houston can give us a good 6 game series, they have no chance to beat us assuming Bynum is healthy.

What are your thoughts on this?

He's the type of guy that gets dumped by a girl and many moons later still has feelings for her so he goes out of his way by complimenting her new wedding pics and sends her flowers to get back some brownie points, hoping she'll take him back in case anything goes wrong with the current guy.

I like him as an announcer, but I'll have to disagree with him here.

he s saying same thing for years.
i remember in 08-09 season when we were ripping boston s winning streak he was saying houston will beat la in wcf.

The guy used to be cool, I honestly don't know what has gotten into him. Recently, the more I hear him speak, the more I hate him. He doesn't know what he is talking about, It seems like he talks out his ass just so people can have a reaction to what he says.

its pretty entertaining when mark jackson and van gundy disagree with each other. as far as his comments.. didnt hear em but if he said that.. it COULD happen. too early to tell. that houston team has a lot of talent and chemistry. to say that in the 1st week of the season.. pretty loco. should use him as a broom like they did in that Knick Heat fight long ago.. that was funnny
