Here is how I see it. If you take Rudy Gay off the Grizzlies, OJ Mayo may be able to replace his scoring output. But, if you take Marc off, we have far less second chance opportunities. That for me is the key. I do think Rudy is probably our best player overall, but Marc is most valuable because he is a rarity in the league.
