"Objectively" Lol.
They are not rotation players on a good team, sorry. And no, they are not widely considered assets. Jeff Green is much better than either of those two guys, especially for our system. At least McBob provides energy and can fit in the offense we ideally want to run. Tyler just runs around and throws up ugly shots/does not pass when he gets the ball down low. Just because i said that they are not good players, doesnt mean im not being objective.

So because we disagree with you that they are 'awful' and 'garbage' we are just homers? You give yourself away as being biased when you call him 'hansblough'. I don't see how you can call a player 'garbage' after only 30 games and claim to be objective, especially when his production and impact on the games don't back you up. The truth is the Pacers are 2-0 this season when Hansbrough plays and +25 when he's on the court. He and McRoberts have both looked dramatically better than either Solomon Jones or James Posey. It's one thing to say they aren't good, it's another to say they are awful and should be cut because they have nothing to contribute to the team. Hansbrough has already contributed more than either Granger or Hibbert had after their first 30 games.

Did you seriously use the +/- statistic to justifying hansbrough playing? Then lets sit Granger and Hibbert. Hell why did we continuously play Danny last year? his +/- was atrocious!!!! We should bring back Luther Head then, he was one of 3 guys who was positive last year. And +25 vs the Sixers and the Bobcats. Wow.
Don't compare Hansbrough to Danny and Roy. Tyler played alot more than either did their rookie year in their first 30 games. I'm pretty sure Danny was still stuck behind guys like Jackson and Harrington. Hibbert was stuck behind Foster and even as good as he is now, he still gets randomly sat because of the genius that is J.O.B. Rush's first season was better than Roy's but look how that turned out. Once again, "awful" and "biased" comparison and i have no idea where you planned on going with that one.
When did I say that we should cut them and KEEP posey and Solo? On a good team, none of those 4 guys would get any substantial PT at this point in their careers (Figured I was about to get a "Posey won two titles x years ago). You can make a case for mcBob because of his athleticism and his size, compared to Tyler. Posey can at least stretch the d a bit and bring some nice D. But seriously, watch Tyler play and tell me he hasnt done the things i mentioned earlier. Not a fit for our team.
And i dont troll my favorite team's board. You cant say im not being objective and then throw out claims about +/- and player x doin better in his first 30 games then player y and z. I guess we're agreeing to disagree.
plus Jeff Green > both so ill meet u halfway, Jeff Green -> McBob forthe 4 spot.

While the +/- stat is not the end-all-be-all of basketball production metrics, in this case I think Hansbrough validly earned his numbers.

It would help your argument if you have correct information. Danny Granger through his first 29 games played 582 minutes and scored 171 points. Hansbrough played 510 minutes and scored 246 points. Oh, and he was stuck behind Troy Murphy.
Now you can argue whatever you want, but after his first two seasons, people wanted Danny out because Shawne Williams was going to be the SF of our future. You have to understand it's too early to tell, but comparing Hansbrough to Granger is not awful or biased.
watch Tyler play
No, you.

I was trying to say that you were trolling because honestly you haven't presented any statistical evidence that Hansbrough is a bad player and then called us homers for our opinion. Jeff Green is better than Mac and T's, but that doesn't make them useless or bad players at all. IndyMac has not thrown out wild claims. A wild claim is saying that Hansbrough has no place being on this team.
Just because Tyler shoots ugly doesn't mean he isn't effective. His passing could improve, but you can't discount the hustle and tenacity he brings to the defense. The defense was responsible for the comeback against Philly, and Hansbrough played like a man to help close out Charlotte. It's too early to decide who's right, and your opinion that Hansbrough sucks is valid. It seems you are emotionally attached to this opinion because you're very defensive about it, suggesting that you, in fact, are not objective about it.
Then again, none of us can ever really be totally objective.
