However, I don't think we will be signing him to an extension because its clear that his heart isn't set on staying in Charlotte for much longer. But his tenure as the Bobcats coach has done nothing but help this organization...

LB's been getting his fair share of (deserved) hate for a while now. He's done some good things, done some bad...

Acie Law in the final minutes, never forget.

i guess it does seem like we are unfairly ganging up on LB. however, here are my issues with him and why i feel his criticisms are deserved

- yes, LB got us into the playoffs and he turned us into one of the top defenses in the league last year, but the price we paid to get there was large.

- its been 3 years and our offense is still awful. we have had the worst offense in the league the entire time under LB. so while he deserves credit for what he did to our defense he certainly deserves blame for our horrible offense.

- LB has been very demanding about wanting certain players, usually at the expense of young players, cap space or draft picks. These are his players and he still is unhappy and at the same time the cost of this current group of LB approved players has set ups back at least 5 years towards future progress.

- As a fan, this team is not fun to watch. I know this team isnt winning a championship any time soon so i mainly watch games to be entertained. I have to say, there where a lot of games last year that bored me to tears, even wins. The only time this team is fun to watch is those rare moments when the defense clicks and all hell breaks loose all over the court. But honestly, that has probably more to do with Gerald Wallace being exciting more than anything.

- LB pretty much said (by his actions) this summer that he did not want to be here.

- Our defensive rating for the first 3 games is something like 29th in the league. This was supposed to be our strength. If the offense sucks as usual and now the defense isnt good, then what the hell is LB doing?

- LB doesnt hold Jax, Diaw and Wallace accountable when they are playing poorly. That bothers me.

i appreciate all that larry did for the team and the franchise. he brought us to the playoffs and gave the team some credibility. that being said, i will be fine if he leaves after this season. we have to rebuild at some point and LB will never allow that to happen on his watch.

What Michael need to do is get some personnel that will help him win. Larry Brown can't play. Charlotte has no Carolina players on his team that are born here in the state. Why is that? There is one player out there that can change the dynamics of this team and bring energy and swagger to the team, and possibly bring fans in the stands if he is given a chance. Who? Rashad McCants.

how many strikes does mccants get? that being said larry loves reclamation projects. then again, larry only loves reclamation projects if they are 6'8" tweeners with bad knees and no jumpshot.
