I'm in a H2H Categories league w/ 8 teams and I am desperately in need of assists (currently losing the matchup in the assists category by ~50 and last in the league for assists)
I'm trying to think of a trade involving Durant, who I drafted, for Rondo but can't seem to think of a fair scenario.
My Team:
PG: Derrick Rose, Aaron Brooks, Mike Conley
SG: Jason Richardon, Ray Allen, Arron Afflalo
SF: Kevin Durant, Carlos Delfino (just picked up; dropped Maggette)
PF: Chris Bosh, Zach Randolph
C: Joakim Noah, Andrew Bogut, Yao Ming
His Team:
PG: Rajon Rondo, John Wall, Baron Davis
SG: Eric Gordon
SF: Gerald Wallace, Caron Butler
PF: Josh Smith, Troy Murphy, Elton Brand
C: Dwight Howard, Amare Stoudemire, Marcus Camby, Javale McGee
I'd like to snatch Josh Smith along with Rondo but I figure that I'd be really weak in the points category. With that in mind, would:
Kevin Durant, Aaron Brooks
for
Rajon Rondo, Josh Smith, Amare Stoudemire
be fair value?
Thanks for the input.
Trade scenario centered around Durant & Rondo?

If I were you, I would shop Bosh for a decent assist type point guard(J. Kidd, D. Harris, T. Evans). I don't think Bosh can get you Rondo though. Check the waiver wire for Lou. I found Lou Williams in some leagues and picked him up. He is not a starter so he wont put up that many assists every game, but good enough to help. Rondo wont have 24 assists every game either.
As for your trade, I would do it. I think Amare and Smith's scoring is good enough to help you.
Trade Bosh, Conley, Afflalo, and Delfino for a better point guard. Those guys are playing very little at the moment. Trade them for a consistent player.

Yea, I agree that it might be too much to ask. I might either just ask for Rondo and Smith for Durant and Brooks or ask him to put in someone like Butler along with those two.
I've been shopping Bosh hard for an assists pg, problem is, everyone keeps turning down my offers haha. It's pretty understandable since his trade value is pretty low, but I think I might just hold onto him and wait for his value to get a bit higher then trade him.
