I know the Grizz want to avoid getting skunked on their first road trip but I'd be very surprised they can come out with a win here. I think it will be bad Grizz will not have their coaches too. Don't be fooled by PHX record. They lost close games to Portland, Spurs, and Lakers.

Funny how both Marc and Robin Lopez pictures are off up there. Someone on Grizz needs to step up other than Gay and Conley.

Funny that you left out the Grizzlies bench....oh wait!

I agree that we could use our big man presence to really kill this team inside. The problem is going to be defending Nash. Good luck to Conley again.

We should win this, Phoenix really isn't that good, I'm pretty confident in saying Golden State will be better this year

They might be better, but they were also missing Curry. Without him, I do not think they are better than Phoenix.

That goes without saying.

BTW, the Guy Fawkes bit. I didn't know much about the history of him until I brought V for Vendetta a couple of yrs back alongside reading more on him on the net.

I love when people put the Suns under the radar. We lost 3 games so far but they were all close and competitive games. Oh well we will need to prove everyone wrong again this season.

Good luck

Well, I'm not taking the game for granted at all. Phoenix scares me - especially as long as the crazy Canadian has the keys to the car, anything can happen ;)

Who says us Canadians are crazy?

As far as Phoenix goes they're mindset is probably like Memphis' right now in that they feel this is a must win to turn things around early in the year and not let another loss drag them down.

I wonder if either team will play defence tonight. I think the one that actually does wins. Rebounding has been poor for both teams and I think it could be a key as well.

Let's be honest: Phoenix is a less talented version of the Warriors with a better star and less youth.

I would say the Warriors are a less talented version of Phoenix with greater wannabees, more youth, and terrible uniforms. that's just my opinion :D

Play defense and rebound - so simple and so difficult. Conley v. Nash should be a really good matchup tonight.

VERY sloppy 2nd quarter with 9 turnovers but still have a 10 point lead at the half. Need to come out and play smart basketball to start the 3rd.

GO GRIZZ!!!!!!!

UGLY end to the 2nd quarter. Still, overall good effort so far.

Amazing performance. Is it ZBO? Is it Joerger? Is it the team? wow. They look good.

I feel like the Grizzlies have another gear in this game. but anything is possible!
