Recovered by Darren Sharper, one of the hardest hitting baddest ass safeties in the entire NFL

He is probably the greatest safety ever at getting meaningless interceptions off hail marys at the half and at the end of games.

Got the sarcasm but didn't get the video reference.

So much for Pitt coming away with this one....

FYI-Pack have the highest net points in the NFC right now

Watching the highlight shows every week and when we played Washington, man how nice would it have been if Ted had signed Brandon Banks to be our punt/kick returner after the Skins waived him. That dude is flat out silly quick and can change direction in a blink.

I understand the reasoning of having Tramon return punts given we really have no other options, but i get nervous every time he doesn't call for a fair catch and it looks like he could potentially get blasted. After Clay Matthews, Tramon has arguably been our second best player on defense.

Definitely.

Another excellent post, Dude. You have a keen eye for the game.

Myron Pryor fined $7,500 for his perfectly legal hit that resulted in Brent getting stitches. :nonono:

If I was Pryor, I'd get $7,500 worth of pennies, pay the ridiculous shipping amount, and send it to the NFL.

What a joke.

I tried to incorporate Marquette into the name and take out Gonzaga since I transfered. This was the best I could come up with.

Umm, why not go Marq? We would know what that meant. :)

And damn, you really do like to piss off Badger fans, don't you? First Minnesota and now Marquette. :D

Yeah I'm sure my friends get annoyed sometimes but not as much as they would if Minnesota beat Wisconsin in football every now and then (Gophers have never beat Wisconsin in football since I've been a Gopher fan). I didn't use Marq because I ran out of characters. I'm sure there were some better combinations to go with but I was lazy and didn't care that much.

Easy way to create enough characters would be to eliminate the Gophers from your name altogether. :)

Nah, I like being the lone Gopher fan on a board full of Badger fans. I mean if it weren't for me who would you guys heckle in the NCAA thread every Saturday?

Cool, I'm not a huge Marquette fan yet, but I got season tickets. I'm looking forward to following them more this year. I'm curious to see how Vander does this year, especially against Wisco.

Judd Zulgad and Chip Scoggins of the Minneapolis Star-Tribune report that Harvin and Childress got into a "heated argument" at practice on Friday. Per the report, Childress questioned Harvin's effort in practice.
