You got the wrong sprint numbers. And lane agility is a test that you can easily train for and become epic at, not to mention it measures agility, not speed. What that test tells us is that Wall is smaller and more agile.

Wall's certainly had a much faster start. Can't compare the two as it stands now because they're at different places. Will have to see how the league adjusts to Wall, and how he adjusts to it. He'll certainly keep up if he can keep getting to the foul line though, because he'll never be able to finish in traffic like Rose....who doesn't frequently get to the line. Also, if he doesn't as well become a dominant scorer, he may warrant a comparison to another player. The thing that most Bulls fans are ecstatic about is that while Rose is not an elite distributor (Nash, Rondo, etc.), he is a more than capable one while also being a nearly unstoppable force on offense. In a playoff-level game, he could end up being the most valuable PG.

Just for reference on that last bit, remember the Denver-New Orleans series in 2009? Chris Paul was effectively contained by Billups and the Nuggets. It remains to be seen if a defense can do the same to Rose. Even with the Bulls being downed by the Cavs last year in 5 games, Rose was still nearly impossible to contain, and put up...was it 27ppg/7-8ast? Would be difficult to argue against him with a stronger team, which the Bulls are on their way to developing.

Wall seems to be between Rose and Rondo level on overall passing, and on overall offensive ability (Above Rose in passing, below Rondo. Above Rondo in scoring, below Rose). If he ends up being on the higher end in both categories, he could surpass both.

I noticed that later, I accidentally picked the player below Rose. Why can you easily train for lane agility but not the other tests? Like I said anyway, I don't put much credence in the tests because I know there is variance there. Primarily because what one player runs one time isn't what they are going to run if they were to do it 10 times. The sample size is way too small, assuming that's how they do it, I'm pretty sure that's how they do the tests.

How is Wall smaller? He's not as strong, but they weigh the same and Wall is noticeably taller and longer.

Earlier, I said ask me again in 2-3 years, but I just saw "The Dougie"(?) on YouTube. I changed my mind. Definitely Rose.

That dance should scare every Wizards fan. I know it won't, but people weren't scared of Agent Zero in 2004 either.

These two are about as even as you can get.

I'd say John Wall for the future. Derrick Rose is probably the better scorer and player now, but John Wall could become the better PG.

I see Derrick Rose as the Stephon Marbury type while John Wall as the Deron Williams type. Now who would you rather have on a championship team?
