Gotta Trade Aaron Brooks

Post#1 » by general » Sun Nov 7, 2010 3:43 am

Brooks is what he is, A Under sized quick guard that can get Hot. He's nothing special you can Build around he's a great 6th man and I compare him to Nate Robinson and Earl boykins He's no chris paul,Rondo I mean let's be real Here!! He's good but not what the rockets or any team trying to win Needs as a starting guard.

Aren't you that guy that obsesses over Jamal Crawford?

Brooks isn't the problem. We just need a real Center...

If a center is needed then where does that leave the great Wall?

much easier to be in a tanking mode than a 'stick with it' mode. no yao, lowry, half of brooks/martin (or erika) but still lose by 3 in overtime vs spurs, with their big 3 shooting lights out. i know you dont wanna hear it, but it's the truth. it sucks but w/e, i'm sticking current roster. u guys can start all your trade/fire rick threads.

IF we want to give up Aaron Brooks, IMHO there's only one player that could fit this offensive system perfectly, while providing veteran experience, and that's Steve Nash. Sooner or later Suns are going to start inquiring about what they can get, with Aaron's extension coming up, we could throw in some cap relief in expiring + Aaron, and possibly a pick for Nash and Hill.

I'm probably gonna get flamed for this but I think he's got too many flaws to be starting. Shoot first, undersized PG with questionable decision making and too exploitable on defense. He would be better served coming off the bench as a spark plug.

Ive been saying trade AB for Nash for awhile now.

If not trade him and others for Gerald Wallace.
