Around the NFL: WEEK 9

Post#1 » by Captain Erv » Thu Nov 4, 2010 4:39 pm

"Apparently, fans have started dreaming about the Bears signing hometown boy Donovan McNabb as a free agent and subsequently shipping Cutler to D.C. (The Bears would also have to acquire Rex Grossman for the two minute drill)."

Arizona AT Minnesota (NOON)

Tampa Bay AT Atlanta (NOON)

Chicago AT Buffalo (NOON)

I think Minnesota, Chicago and Atlanta win easily.

I bet Minnesota wins, but not easily. As for Chicago, I see the Bills getting their first win of the season. The Bills play hard every week and Fitzpatrick has actually been somewhat competent.

I think the Bears and Vikings win, but neither game is a laugher.

I'm kind of hoping the Vikings finish just outside the playoff hunt. I don't want Childress getting canned and maybe if they barely miss they keep him and blame it on something else.

We need to keep winning. The farther behind the Queens and Bears get the more they will implode.
I'm against picketing but I don't know how to show it.

Same here and I would even say that goes for Lovie and the Bears too.

I DEFINITELY want Lovie staying around. But I think anything less than playoffs and he's gone.

According to the NFP, Moss told Wilf after the Patriots game that Chilly isn't a good coach and he needed to go. Absolutely hilarious.

2 thoughts on this:

1 - Well, I now believe Moss has a good football mind and I like him even more.
2 - lol that Zigy was upset that Moss was waived in light of this evidence. This really seems to suggest that Wilf might have been a bit more in team Randy than team Chilly.
You gotta make it sexy! Hips and nips, otherwise I'm not eating.

Here's hoping the Cards somehow pull this off. I desparately want the Queens to lose this one.

Let's go Jets, Bills, tampa, Carolina, Seattle, Indy,

There would be an epic meltdown if they lost at home to Arizona this week.

Please happen.

I am actually really excited for this Vikings game. I'm really interesting in seeing how they respond. Things I am hoping for:

1) Favre blows up at Childress on the sideline
2) Percy clearly dogs it
3) Rangar texts a pick of his penis to Jared Allen
4) Vikings lose
