RRT no offense but LMFAO. BEN WALLACE???? he at one point was a very good defense center granted, but on Cle in the year and a half he played there (not even) he put up an average of 3.5 and 7 is that really great? And also if im correct Big Z was there about 5 years before lebron so its not like managment made a big move to go get him. the biggest moves as a said were WIlliams (whose the biggest choke in the playoffs) and jamison a good player but not the ideal player to be put next to lebron.

And to gflem i don't know why your getting so defensive this is a damn forum to talk about sports i didnt realize its such a sore topic to speak about Lebron. My intentions were not to say that you guys are all still crying over him it was to simply ask how a fan base can use a player for 7 years and everyday claim hes the best and such a good guy (dont even say you did any different because 6 months ago thats what every Cle fan was saying) and than all of a sudden you guys call him a "Vilan" a "D-bag" and several other things which is crap and he doesnt deserve to be put in that light.

And for the CLE fans to say he quit in game 5 gtfo seriously he put up how many 30 point 5+ assist 5+ reb games that series and he has one bad game and you guys call him a quitter seriously??? Theres a difference between being a quitter and being Frustrated. If every game Mo and Antwan shoot under 30% what is Lebron supposed to do?? i think if you were in his shoes you would be pretty damn frustrated to.

For the record im really not even a Lebron fan i just hate how peoples perception of a player can be affected so easily, Kobe goes out and cheats on his wife (definitely much worse than what lebron did) and even in his time he wasn't hated as much as LBJ is.

Well, maybe I am a bit defensive, but after the last 3 years of him holding the franchise hostage and toying with not only our fans but with those in many other cities only to leave without any regard (read notice) to the team in regards to having some sort of back-up plan, then kicking the team, owner, and fanbase in the teeth in the process seemed to be an overly spiteful way to go out.
We have been over all of this way too many times with way too many Lecon nuthuggers and many of us have no more patience to try to explain the same things over and over. Many of us realized over the last 3-4 years that he had some warts so to speak, and if you take the time to look back you will see that while most of the time he was idolized there were many times he wasnt. And what, you expect that our fans wouldnt have his back while he was on our team? There are still Wiz fans who are behind Arenas even after all that he has done to destroy that franchise.
This city collectively, in regards to our sports teams have been abused repeatedly over the nearly 5 decades since any of its major sports teams have won anything, and for Lecon not to recognize that and at least take it into consideration showed a lack of judgement and maturity. For him (or Nike) to do the get over it campaign was more of the same. If you whack a bee hive and get repeatedly stung, you dont wait for the bees to calm down and give it another whack because you didnt enjoy the result the first time unless you are quite stupid. Apparently he is just that.
And as for you saying that he doesnt deserve the treatment he is getting, I believe if you pay attention you will see that your opinion is in the vast minority among fans outside of Miami. You are entitled to your opinion, but you shouldnt expect to come to this forum and share what you must have expected to be an unpopular opinion with our fans here and be greeted warmly.
Good luck to you and your team. I guess you meant no harm in voicing your opinion and I hope you understand that as a whole we are friendly but that this is going to be a sore subject as long as people keep bringing it up.

YO all I am saying is that it feeds into the whole race card thingby only whites being vocal about this subject. I know people in Cleveland and most I know are minority. I do not think that you are mad cause he's black and yor racist. I just think you feed into what people are starting to say about you. You have the right to be mad but I would just ignore when ppl speak of Lebron n don't make any videos going at him. All that does is make his pockets grow, so the best way to get at him would be to ignore.

What was he supposed to do?
...run the offense.

No hope of winning...run the offense.
Down by 50...run the offense.
Justifiably frustrated..run the offense.

How many times does this need to be said? Everyone else on the team had one job offensively - stand around and watch LeBron until he initiates a play. LeBron wanted it that way, and Brown allowed it. It was the offense.

In that system when LeBron just stands there and dribbles out the clock doing nothing it undermines the team. When he gets the ball and swings it around the perimeter (something he'd never done before) it undermines the team.

LeBron quit, instead of running the offense.

This is a tired topic and clearly not one that some people are going to understand. Im going to lock it up since it serves no purpose other than to show how uneducated some are on the topic.
