With Darko in: -3 in 20 minutes (mostly matched up vs Yao)
With Darko on bench: -23 in 28 minutes (mostly matched up vs scrubs).
I know Darko is getting way too frustrated out there, but come on man. Can Rambis not see we are much better with him in there?
It's like a shift change at a nightclub when the bouncer shift change happens and the scary pissed off crazy-eyed buff guy gets swapped out for Pee Wee Herman, and poor Pee Wee can't keep anyone out of the club. That's right Pekovic, it takes more than a badass tattoo to keep people from scoring in the paint.
Our piss poor guard play and inability to defend Scola absolutely killed us.
If Flynn isn't a completely different player this year we may have to wait for Rubio until we actually have a PG that can play even average defense. Scola picking Telfair's pocket and coasting in for a layup has to be a new low point for this season.

We're not good when we're completely healthy. And we're not. I'll agree on the effort.

We're still using NBA players last I checked. I wouldn't expect a D-league team to get crushed like this. I put this on the coaching staff, even if we're the least talented team in the league we're still underperforming.

I looked too, but it's not thaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaat bad
11/9 Wolves @ Lakers
11/10 Wolves @ Kings
11/12 Knicks @ Wolves
11/14 Wolves @ Hawks
11/15 Wolves @ Bobcats
11/17 Clippers @ Wolves
A few of those games are winnable. Just need to find a volunteer to race Tyreke.

A lack of Tyreke didn't help much last time.

I might get flamed for this but Kevin Love is terrible, he makes Andrea Bargnani look like a defensive anchor.

No, I think that you'll find that a lot of people here agree with you.

Yeah, no objections from me. Love is the only guy that doesn't have much of an excuse. He already knows the system, unlike Beasley, he's not a rookie, unlike Wes, and he's not the biggest draft bust in recent history, unlike Darko. He just...sucks.

Love's basically being used as a first option when that's just not his role. He's been thrown into the deep end as an offensive and defensive focal point on an extremely young team and he's been forced to do too much. He's still an elite rebounder with a rapidly improving mid-long range game, he doesn't suck. He just needs to find his niche as a player.

What bothers me most about yesterdays game is our shot selection.
Our reserves shoot the ball just as much as our starters. There's something wrong. WTF do Wayne Ellington, Corey Brewer and Sebastian Telfair have a combined 29 FGA?

Either Rambis doesn't see it or he can't control it ... both seem unlikely. It still goes back to the fact we were suppose to be such a good passing team that facilitated ball movement. It's the complete opposite and it's scarey to see it's not improving.
Where's Kahn message to the people NOW?
Flip response to Love wanting out, "He has no reason to be upset, you're either a part of the problem or a part of the solution"

He kind of put himself in that situation though with all of his "leadership" talk over the summer. But his problem right now is that he's not giving the effort he should be.

+1
I *think* the *theory* is that ..oh hell, I don't know. They look like poop out there. Can't defend a toddler and can't get a good shot to save their lives. If I was Rambis I would forfeit the game against the Lakers and take the team out to a movie. Then get back and run them up and down the court and not let anybody go home til they can hit 20 jump shots in a row.
Yes, this is why I'm not a coach.
