I agree, Rambis is bad, remember when we had the trial period between Kurt Rambis and B. Shaw, I remember our team being pretty bad as well under Rambis.

If it was one of the assistant to take over from Phil, I'd expect it to be B Shaw. Has a lot more imagination (Kobe - Fish pick n roll in the finals), great relationship with Kobe and a very likable and diplomatic personality all around.
