CHA/LAC

Post#1 » by ClipperEric » Tue Nov 9, 2010 10:23 pm

LAC Gives
Baron Davis

CHA Gives
Diop
Carroll
Shaun Livingston

Clips try to dump Baron for the best package available. At least they get a backup Center and backup PG. Carroll's just in it for the salary match.

Charlotte gets a PG for a handful of scrubs.

I would love to see the look on Baron's face when he found out about that trade. Priceless.

From the Clips standpoint, I would do it seeing as how Bledsoe is doing really well with Baron out. How about a bigger trade?
Baron & Kaman (maybe a 1st as well)
for
Wallace, Diop, & Carroll

That would fill in that gaping hole at center for Charlotte, and I think that Kaman would do well playing in a different city and having Larry Brown whipping him into shape. And it would eliminate the Clips' clusterf*** at SF.
I move around so much, I've just decided to start rooting for everybody.
Except the Heat.

you arent helping any of the teams you are making comments on. You want Charlotte to trade Wallace, their best player, for Kaman and an out of shape, unmotivated and hurt Davis? The Bobcat fans would revolt

So that's what... 5 fans? :D

Seriously though, I was just throwing that out. I would be just as happy doing the trade in OP's post. Baron needs to be gone no matter what.

Actually if you include the 1st unprotected it's a deal Charlotte should consider. Without the 1st, then maybe you get Jackson back instead.
