Post#1 » by fatlever » Wed Nov 10, 2010 4:49 pm

we will have at least one bobcats homer in the crowd tonight. slam is making the 5 hour drive from ottawa to toronto to catch this game.

i dedicate this thread in honor of infamous road trips in comedy history.

Team who loses this game will definately be the last team in whole NBA

So we better win this and get back on track!

Start Shaun Livingston. She-J is going to get tea-bagged by Jack and Crapperón.

Why delay the inevitable? Start Shaun Livingston now.

If we lose this game, let it be an indication that we are no longer a playoff team. We should look to find our way atop of the lottery, and drafting Kyrie Irving.

If we lose this one, there's no chance in hell we will make the playoffs this year.

But hey, Irving or Barnes >>>>>>>> first round exit

Make it or break it for both teams. Who ever loses this one needs to go into tanking mode.

You can also argue that whoever wins this game is really the loser.

Inclined to agree... it seems to me that both of them are already "broken" and talking playoffs is a bit of a joke for either team.

Still, we're probably going to win tonight, the Raptors are just awful.

^ This.

For the sake of the future of this franchise, I'm pulling for us to lose as many games as possible. If we have no prayer at winning a playoff series (and we dont), I'd rather us accumulate as many lottery balls as possible to have a shot at a world class talent than toil in 35-40 win purgatory.

If it were up to me, I'd be starting Diop at PG tonight.

Bobcats are better than the Raptors. Doesn't mean you will win, because anything can happen, but I've seen the raps up close and they are *horrible*.

Ah yes, because we do so well with drafting quality players.

Pretty much. I expect the Bobcats to win tonight, with DJ going off for a career game. Calderon is a pylon on D, and Jack = walking wounded (knee issue). I always hope for a Raps win, but sadly wins are going to be few and far between this year. I'm not feeling a win tonight.

We know this. But at least you have Jarrett Jack who is much better than DJ. And no we do not want Calderon. :)

No one does :)

We're both in a similar position. Both franchises have key personnel (LB & BC) involved who will attempt to prevent a thorough tank job from occurring. I’m sure Crash would net some good future assets. I can’t say the same for any current Raptor which means BC will likely again attempt to mortgage the future for pointless short term gain.

Someone needs to show Wallace his shot chart, so that he realises he probably shouldn't be taking long 2s.
