Fun game to watch. Obviously Beasley was great, but the other things that stood out was Telfair's play and our defense. Yeah, they missed some shots they normally make, but it seemed like we were contesting them. Telfair could always run an offense, but his all around game seemed so much better than we'd seen and he was playing under control. Brewer still had some cringe-worthy offensive moments, but his energy and D were huge. It's still early, but it looks like we learned a lot the last two games.

The thing I liked the most about what Beasley did was the fact that he didn't force anything, everything just worked in the flow of the offense. When it wasn't there, he'd dish it off, and often, it would lead to buckets for other guys. It was great to watch, almost like Kobe going off....LOL

While Easy is the big story, I agree with karch34, Telfair and the defensive play definitely stood out. That Magic visit must have lit a fire in this team cause these last two games defensively are like night and day from the first set of games, especially the roadies. You can just see the potential with the athletes we have, and when we add in Webster, how that will help the wing defense as well.

I just hope they can keep the focus going forward, that's probably the hardest thing for younger teams to do, is maintain focus on execution. We can talk about energy, and that's very important, but if you're playing hard, but doing a bunch of things wrong, what's the point?

I went to the bar to watch this game but I kept getting distracted by the bartender's disproportionate chest. It was nice to see a win though. And giant boobs.

Krap will need to know the name of that bar for next time he's in town.

Telfair looked good. Since the real season started we have looked better with Telfair than Ridnour. Ridnour has been pounding the ball and looking for his shot too early and too often. If this continues, it'll be interesting to see when Jonny gets back if they give any consideration to trading Ridnour. Shrink may have just been on to something after all -- though I have no interest in Chalmers (I'd rather have Gaines).

I don't want this to be a knee jerk wave of let's trade Ridnour affirmations, but any other future Ridnour trade possibiliities?

Ecstatic with the result, gutted I had college so I couldn't watch the game as I would have had no sleep!

I thought it was an error at first the box score with Beas getting 42 pts, couldn't believe it! Really pleased that the team carried on they're momentum from the Lakers game, sounded a really good defensive game and good efforts all around. Glad to see that Telfair is getting some recognition too, he's been a very good pick-up for us and he's great backup. Rambis getting some credit too, jeez, that's a first on this board!

Good to get off the mark on the road too, it's been a cloud hanging over us for a while now.

That was beautiful. Big highs for me were Pek's good D/reb's/very low turnovers and KLove's late energy off the bench. I think KLove coming in late and getting in the game and making a difference is what put the game away for us.

Really nice to see the team get a win that they totally earned.

I like how vocal Beasly is on the court the past few games. On both sides of the ball. Kid wants to win.

Great game last night.

Did anyone see Pek's airball from directly in front of the rim? Worst shot I have ever seen in my life. Dude needs to relax out there. In fact, I think all of our post players need to relax. I don't see many pump fakes being thrown.

I was just thinking last night that I don't know if I've ever seen Darko use a pump fake, spin move or drop step. Maybe once, I guess. For that matter, I don't remember the last time he dunked the ball.

TO/Assist ratio is a one of key for winning. Hope that Min can improve that.
