We are so horrible out of timeouts. Spo is a really bad offensive coach, and a mediocre defensive coach. Why is he the coach of this team?

There's no reason for Wade to be taken out so early when you're trying to build chemistry with this team.

And besides that, he got MORE than enough rest during that time due to a bunch of FT's + 3 seperate long timeouts with national TV commercial breaks which are longer. In real time he's been on the bench for like 20 minutes despite it only being 5-6 minutes of game time.

Spo's a robot though, has no idea what the hell an adjustment based on circumstances are.

I've defended Spo a lot from some unfair criticism, but this is crazy to me. He took Wade out with like 4 minutes to go in the first when we were down by double digits, and still no sign of him with about 8 minutes left in the 2nd. And I'm absolutely sure when he does come back with Wade is going to be the worst offensive lineup ever. Something like Arroyo/Wade/Stackhouse/Bosh/JA (or MAYBE Z). He can't keep putting these guys, especially Wade, in the worst possible positions to succeed.
