Good fights. Fabers got it of course. My picks are about the same as above but Rivera instead of Koch.

I'm glad Faber made weight. He was right on the edge at 136 pounds.

Don't care too much about this card. I don't think many fights will be competitive.

Faber
Mendes
Benavidez
Koch
Johnson...I know he's probably a huge underdog but I gotta go with the NW product from AMC Pankration. I've seen him fight in person and he's good. Part of the next generation of great fighters training under Matt Hume.

LC Davis
Njokuani
Micklewright
Semerzier
McDonald....I think people are really sleeping on this guy. He's 10-1. Only loss was to former WEC champion Cole Escovedo...which he avenged pretty convincingly in the rematch. Also holds a first round TKO win over former title challenger Manny Tapia.

Looks like Faber's gonna walk in the cage around 160! That's nuts! He was at 153 this morning.

Cub and Mackens was a war. Wrong decision in one of the best fights in a LONG time.

Where did you hear that ? No way did he look anywhere near 160 during the fight .

I thought it was a terriable stoppage in the main event. Mizukaki had to be out for atleast 5 seconds, if not more. Just watching the replay you can see Rosenthal go back and forth to either side of Mizukaki twice before pulling Urijah off... I thought he could of called it before checking even once if he was out. Once he turned over completely, he was out.

If he had stopped it and Mizugaki popped up and argued, you would be saying it was an early stoppage. I thought it was a good stoppage, it just looked bad because Mizugaki was too dumb to tap.

Well sure if he had... but IF we lived in IF's, and IF Misukaki ended up having some longterm brain damage (and it doesn't take long) then you'd be agreeing with me...

In my estimation, it was clear that Urijah had the choke completely locked in, and by the time Mizukaki rolled over and got flattened out... he was already out. Allowing it to continue for 2 more seconds, I could agree with. Slowly taking your time to go back and forth and check each arm twice?

I just watched a realtime replay of it, and I think Misukaki was out when he let go of the fence and basically went limp while Urijah flattened him out. It was 10 more seconds until Rosenthal stepped in. In my mind, that's a good 6-7 seconds late. Honestly, I found it a little uncomfortable to watch, he was clearly out.

It was on Sherdog via Twitter. He definitely didn't look 160.

Looks like Cub Swanson may have just resurrected his career with that fight. And Mackens...impressive again.

Good night for Team Alpha Male, went 3-0 with 2 submission victories .

Johnson took momentum after his kick landed between Page' legs . Able to get submission.

Am I the only one who scored it 29-28 for Mackens, thought he should have got the win .

I had it 29-28 Mackens, though I could be convinced that round one was a 10-10 round (I scored it 10-9 Mackens) and the fighters split the next two rounds. Outstanding fight. Probably my favourite this year (until J-Lau and Sot, which could be FOTY).

IMO Mackens won rd 1 and 3, Swanson rd 2 . with 10-9 scores, thus 29-28 for Mackens .
