Should be a good one, but I'm pretty sure the Pacers win it. I do like seeing you guys do well while Miami performs below expectations though!

Mo may be out with another pulled groin. I will be watching to see how Collison looks for the Pacers. So far our team looks a lot like what I expected, plays hard but lacks a go to guy to close out games or an inside presence to open up the floor or get easy baskets down low.

Collison was a bit shaky because he didn't start really grasping JOB's crazy offense until recently but he looks really, reallyy good. His assists are down due to the motion offense but there are times when the little guy looks unstoppable offensively. He is just so fast and plays the passing lanes well.

Last game he had 29 points vs. lawson and billups on 12-14 shooting. He is also shooting above 50 percent from the arc this year. If Booby doesn't bring his A-game he'll get burnt. Hibbert is also a big focal point of offense this year and is breaking out in a big way.

This is a very difficult team to go 2 small guards against. If Mo isn't going (as someone mentioned) I'm not sure its much of a loss for this one.

Time to dust of Joey Graham again. Dunleavy gives Jamison the opportunity to play some 3, I like the match up.

Going to watch Hibbert a lot, as he's been doing very well lately.

Should be a good game.

Out of curiousity, why do you say we don't have a go-to guy to close out games? I agree that we play hard, don't have a ton of talent but I personally have been very impressed how they have played at the end of most of the games. They seem to know how to win still when they are within reach.

I dont see one guy who can create his own shot consistently. Maybe if Mo is completely healthy, but he doesnt have the size to get to the rim and finish, nor the pure speed to just blow by people whenever he wants. Sessions may have the speed but he doesnt finish strong enough to score the tough baskets at the rim in traffic.
Boobie can shoot but he hasnt been consistent enough to earn those late game shots yet. And we dont have a low post presence to draw the defense in to be able to kick the ball back out to wide open spot up shooters like Boobie or AP.
All this isnt to say they havent been better than some of us expected, and while I like the ball movement in this offense after years of pounding the air out of the ball we just dont have that one player talented enough to close out a close game or to demand enough defensive attention to create those opportunities for his teammates.
Edit: BTW, Welcome to the board.
