Make or Break Year for Chad Jackson?

Post#1 » by magicfan4life05 » Thu Jun 5, 2008 10:55 pm

Do you think this is the year he has to contribute big and produce on the field?

I thought one of the reasons the Patriots let Stallworth go was because he wanted too much money, but also to give some PT to Jackson.

What do you expect from him this year?
Dwight Howard on his FT struggles:

"I just think everybody needs to stop talking about it," Howard said. "There's more to life than free throws."

I agree that Stallworth's departure really opens up an opportunity for Jackson to step in and be that speed guy, but he'll have to do something he hasn't proven he can do yet in his career...stay healthy.

I dont think his skill or athleticism has ever been the issue with him, he just needs to get healthy and stay on the field.

I would love to see Chad step in and be the third reciever. He has the skill set to do so and even with Stallworth last year he had a few nice games when healthy. I think he had 2 or 3 TD's. He's big and fast with great hands; he just needs to stay healthy.
