Clark and a 1st for Thompson might work. I'd do it. Thompson is still young and probably can contribute a lot more than our mid round draft pick would next year.

The Kings are shopping Jason Thompson and the Hawks recently declined a deal involving the young forward.

A source with knowledge of the situations says Sacramento offered Thompson to Atlanta for young point guard Jeff Teague, but the Hawks passed on the offer.

Jeff Teague is the asking price for Thompson?

They would have gotten more if they had trade him last year but now that he is not getting playing time and he is buried on their bench they are not going to get that much for him. What team is going to want to trade a Point guard for him I can't see very many teams trading a point guard for him. If I where the Suns I would offer up Matt Janning as a point guard even though he is listed as a SG !

LOL Janning won't get us ANYONE. He's an undrafted player with limited potential and is undersized at the 2. Kings will pick up the phone again after that offer.

Really? Geeez - that's hard to figure. I just read it the other way becuase that seemed obvious .....
I liek Teague a lot but I'm really surprised
