Yep, no one can defend that. We had them right where we wanted them. They we're one possession from exploding to pieces. It certainly wasn't championship composure. LO knows better.

dumb play...but I'll give that one to odom for 3 reasons. he did got fouled + new nba rule + emotion of the game

Deep I gotta stick up for LO there. He should have used his head better but I think anyone would have gotten it there. Kobe did the same thing on that Nash stepping out of bounds play but they just didn't whistle him

NBA record 22 Threes, 55% from 3, **** happens, but we have to stop playing horrible defense.

I get everybody's sentiments about the emotion part, but here's the gist of it.......you gotta stay composed period. New rule or not the players know the rule is in tact. I think we all agree we don't like the rule, and if this keeps up Stern will not only have players deciding to leave the game early but it will eventually turn off long time fans who know what this game use to be about.

i think the important thing is that dumb play or not, it was only 1 pt. it took the deficit from 2 to 3, still a one possession game, not a game changer at all.

Right before Odom got fouled, Gasol got away with an obvious loose ball foul under the rim on Frye. Eye for an eye.

Suns fans get really excited about beating us. Its kinda wierd. Im not sure if I get really excited about beating anyone...especially in the regular season. Good for them though. 2nd most 3's in the history.

Wrong Cash, it sucked the momentum right out the building and it flat lined the team period. Stop looking at the point differential, that's moot and irrelevant. They quickly went to a 6 point lead no long after that. It changed the game in my opinion, not the sole reason we lost but a big part of it.

Our defense is anemic, and the Suns had 3 quarters of hot shooting. I doubt they ever shoot that well here again.

it went from 3 to 6 cause the suns shot the lights out and hit some crazy lucky shots, nothing to do with "momentum".

edit: and that kobe 45 footer, that didn't help, lol.

Pretty sure we were the best at defending it last year

Wow didn't know that thx. Just seems like when the Lakers get beat it's from beyond the arc over anything else.

yea, ohh well. looking at the bright-side phoenix needed 22 threes (sun's franchise record) plus some lakers errors and they still barely beat us.

When you're a depressed soul like they are, this is gratifying only cause it's the Lakers. I bet if they win their next game it's not the same emotion. Not winning championships will breed this mind set, they're sad championship deprived fans.........screw'em.

OK Cash keep thinking that..........it had everything to do with momentum. It's sports, momentum is part of it always had and will always be.
