Most fantasy sports sites, at least the ones I use, have a function where you can list portions of your roster available to move

In most of the leagues I've been in, usually not more than 2 or 3 guys will use it.

Do you tend to use it or not and why?

I tend not to use it. Among the leagues (league) I micromanage really passionately, I usually know most of the guys so I just call them. Otherwise, I will just flat out propose a trade.

I dont use it, nor do the people in my league. We usually just text each other trades since we are all buddies. But if you were all strangers it would be a good tool
