GAME 12: BUCKS @ PHILLY - 11/19/10 - 6:00 P.M.

Post#1 » by MickeyDavis » Thu Nov 18, 2010 7:20 pm

We all enjoy Stopshere's game threads but he's taking a couple games off. If anyone wants to start a good game thread for Saturdays game against OKC please do so AFTER the Philly game.

Philly is 2-10 and has lost 5 in a row. No reason to lose this game. None at all.

NO LOCAL TV FOR THIS GAME. PLEASE do not post a link or post an email address asking for a link. Doing so will subject you to an immediate ban and/or Double Secret Probation.
I'm against picketing but I don't know how to show it.

Anyone know if this will be blacked out on League Pass as well?

I guess I didn't realize there wasn't any local broadcast for this game. I can't believe FSW has anything better to air than the Bucks game. Ridiculous that every game isn't on.

Didn't realize that Iggy is out and playing this poorly. That contract looks really bad right now.

Gotta take care of business against this team. Hopefully the likes of Salmons, Maggette, Bogut can step up a bit offensively so Jennings isn't forced to carry the load.
"I just wanted to play because I just love the game," Jennings said. "It doesn't matter to me. I get up to play basketball. It's my job. I have to still be a professional and finish the season."

I agree, unless its your kid or some other family member, you are a coach or you were a star athlete there and are still close with the program as a booster or something.

Then again my high school football team won 1 game in 4 years that I was there and have won 7 games since 1992. Worst football program in the state of Illinois. So it would actually be punishment to be forced to watch the crap they roll out.

I would like to know the name of your high school so I can look it up and laugh.

It's even creeper when a middle aged man is watching your girlfriend play high school volleyball when he's clearly not a parant

Sad thing is that it was the largest high school in the state too :P

You would think with roughly 10,000 students between the campuses you would be able to field a competitive team.

I went to SPASH and it's their first trip to state. Pretty cool.

But I'd rather watch the Bucks game than that trash.

I'll be trying to get people together to watch this game at Fanatics, since they have League Pass. I'll be posting the facebook event when I get back home.

I got a way to defend it. Bring a bat to the game and kill one of them."

The bigger question is, will it even be on LP? I thought the Indiana game, which wasn't broadcast locally, was blacked out on LP in the Milwaukee area.

The Indiana game most definitely was. I'm having one hell of a week at work and am going to be exhausted so I'll be watching the game at home. I have ways of getting around the league pass broadband blackout if needed :P

GAD asked me before starting to plan Fanatics if I was going to invite people over since he knew I had league pass and my answer was no because I wasn't sure if I would be around and I knew Nick wouldn't. That being said I am around and people are welcome to come over if they like. If I end up resorting to having to rely on the League Pass Broadband the game will have a stupid banner on top of it like such:
