Emery is an idiot, he is the only one that said it.

Well, walked right into that one. Utes need some recruiting help.

But, at least the Aggies get something to cheer about. Stew Morrill is the second best coach in the state of Utah. That includes Phil and Ty.

No need for a quest, the Utes are already there, standing with two feet clearly in the "sub par" section of the Mountain West. I think this is a make or break season for Boylen. If his team doesn't overachieve this year (with respect to pre-season rankings) I think it'd be very easy for Chris Hill to decide that it would be best to go into the PAC-12 with a new basketball coach.

I plan on getting into BYU basketball this year. Football is a rebuild, but basketball could make some noise. Plus, I prefer watching a continuous game to one with that much stoppage.
In '03-'04, Jerry Sloan coached the ESPN predicted "worst team of all time" to 42-40.

The best team will still be Utah State.

There's a new Melo in Syracuse. I'm hoping he can bring a title like the original Melo did in 2003.

BYU had other plans tonight. It will be interesting to see where both teams end up at the end of the season.

I understand that it wasn't exactly professional but I don't see why people are making such a big deal about it. I thought it was fairly tame. That is what rivalries are about.

+1. That would be extremely tame if BYU lost in Logan.

In the AP poll, BYU is still ranked 23 after beating USU and pounding Chicago State.
In the Coaches poll, BYU got 1 more vote (62 -> 63) . . must have been Stew Morrill's vote :D .
In '03-'04, Jerry Sloan coached the ESPN predicted "worst team of all time" to 42-40.

Return to Utah Jazz
