Rumored NOH/TOR deal: Should we get in on it?

A salary dump for Toronto to open up 2011 cap room.

Peja/Bayless
for Jack/Banks/Andersen

Since Bayless was recently traded, Bayless would be sent to TOR in a separate trade (using TOR's Bosh TPA) and the other trade would be Jack/Banks/Andersen for Peja (which just barely salary matches).

I was thinking we could help out Toronto by taking a small salary from them (julian wright?) and some cash in order to allow them to not have to use 2.3 mil of their Bosh TPA. We would get some small incentive (Miami 1st?).

Apparently a little haggling over cash is all that is keeping this from being finalized.

I'm skeptical that Toronto that move, but even if they would I'd hold out for a bigger return on our cap space.

only guys I'd even want for free are Weems and Derozan, that Miami first is rather unappealing

Yeah, there's not much point for us.

I like it. MIA 1st might not be worth as much to TOR as keeping that big TPE intact.

We could then use the pick to move up, or perhaps trade it for a future pick if a team likes someone in the next draft.
