Hey James, it's time to shave the beard!

Post#1 » by wiff » Sat Nov 20, 2010 4:35 pm

I like beards, never really been patient enough to really grow a full on beard. I get to the George Micheal point and then it's has to go.

As soon as I could grow facial hair I wanted some somewhere on my face. As a kid I opted for the baby goatee, because I couldn't grow hair around the sides of my mouth.

My goatee was not quite as long as this, but just as gross.

And I have grown mutton chops before too.

For a long period of time when I broke up with a girlfriend I would shave my head for a clean fresh start.

Miss Portman is a little cuter than me though.

But just like James Harden tweeted two games in, he "needs a change". He needs it and the fans deserve it.

You have two options James you can "A" shave the beard or "B" go slump bustin. For those who don't know what slump bustin is, it's when you pick up a chubby girl from the bar take her home and screw the slump right out of you. I think it is more popular in the baseball world. However one or the other needs to happen James because you have yet to have a game where you score 15pts.

You are slumping and something needs to be done.

Part of the reason for this thread is last night I had a "VISION", well ok maybe it was a dream. But I was at a high school, (I'm almost 38) and I was talking to a friend about how Harden needs to shave his beard and low and behold James Harden was right behind me, and James said "SHAVE MY BEARD?" I replied with "yeah man nothing against the beard it's self I like it. It's like Walt Frazier's"

"It's just that you have been struggling to find your game James, time to shave the beard". James gave me a head nod and kept on walking but nodded his head a few more times.

Then I had a dream with Charles Barkley NBA 2k11 and an accordion but I'll save that for another thread.

James shave the beard! It's time for a change a fresh start. Hey you don't need to shave it all off go with one of these.

Well ok maybe not, that looks pretty damn stupid. Drew Notgooden you're an idiot.

But damn it James, you have two options.

or
B)Image

Or you can just do both!

I agree.

Good job, wiff. Now make a thread telling Scott Brooks not to call isolations at the end of games.

Is it safe to say Harden is a chubby chaser?

James is a grown ass man. Leave him alone with his beard. KD got a tiny beard and no body tells him to shave that! lol

Yes, fan35, you missed the point.
Wiffler's point is he generally likes guys with beards but prefers to bust his slumps with clean-shaven dudes.

How about just growing an afro? That should do it.

It depends. The beard works for some players. Vince Carter has been playing so well this year because of the filthy beard ;)

I think he needs to trim it down. Hope it doesn't keep it forever like Rashard Lewis goatee.
