First of all, Jason Richardson was not on the Warriors in 07-08, he was with the Charlotte Bobcats who missed the playoffs entirely.
Secondly, giving Jason Richardson the ball and allowing him to create offense off the dribble for the Suns would be a bad idea, considering the best playmaker in the NBA is on the Suns. Steve Nash simplifies the game for Richardson, which is why he's playing so well...Do you seriously believe Jrich would be better at creating his own shot than Nash at creating shots for him? The 2007 season that you're attempting to reference, is a season in which Jrich shot 41% from the field. You're also wrong about Jrich leading the Warriors that season, as Baron Davis was clearly the heart of the 2007 Warriors.
Regarding the 06-07 playoff numbers. Look at the numbers that year, and then look at the numbers for his following playoff appearance, when he was a member of the Suns: Overall, they're better. He's just as deadly in terms of scoring, only with the ball in Nash's hands, Richardson becomes more efficient. Giving Jason Richardson the ball and telling him to go create offense is one of the worst ideas I've heard.
