Flash3 shouldn't be a mod on the general board

I don't need to say anything since everybody knows he sucks. He locks pretty much everything that criticizes the Heat. He should stick to the Miami board if he never wants to read anything anti-Heat.

Yah, locking the "like A Bosh" thread was uncalled for, everyone was enjoying it and he locks it outta no where. He really should relax and not taking everything anti-heat so personal.

There are countless "hate" threads on the 1st 2 pages alone that have active discussions around the Heat, negative but discussions worth having.

The 3 threads I locked yesterday, 2 of them reported by NON-Heat posters were locked because of the following reasons given IN the thread AND to the poster and I clearly stated in the PM for him to re-create it if he chooses to do so with a reasonable point of discussion and the link as well (of course).

Note in locked post:

If you're going to create any thread, do so with a purpose. Posting a link doesn't constitute a purpose nor valid points of discussion; the sole goal of any thread. Try again.

The GB has been CRAPPED on with ill-advised posts as of late and those ALL get locked (or as soon as a mod is alerted of them). We too want to read the boards and post for fun like you guys, but hate the crap and the baiting that has been going on as of late. Hence why the GB mod team has been lock happy as of late because posters just aren't adhering to notes in the posts NOR PMs.

And my PM to Kariya:

you are more than welcome to re-create that thread, but please do so with more than just a link.

AND

if you haven't noticed, the GB mod team is doing exactly this. when threads are alerted to us, by the ! key we go and address it.

take a look at the past few pages.

YES. I lock everything HEAT related. Give us a break! :lol:

Posting a link doesn't constitute a valid topic. Flash was right. The CA board doesn't allow that either.
If the board of which you are a fan allows it, then post it there but not on the general board.

Why didn't you report it? You posted the link here AND still didn't report it. :lol:

Granted it has less than 5 posts and fell all the way to the end of the GB.

It's locked now.

Flash3 i dont care about my post count i said "LOL" in response to the above post i saw, thanks to you i served a week suspension. Every single warning ive gotten on this site has been ridculous, half from the Heat board for trolling or post padding. Some mod please review my warnings before i get suspended again by some corrupt mod.

Sir, this is something I should share with you via PM but I'll share it with you here: you have 8 notes/reports by other mods for your behavior in the past. And a lot of those are from mods NOT on the Heat board in fact. Any moderator can inform you of this.

Andactually, you had a temp suspension, which was only for 12 hours, not for 7 days.. The 7 days was due in part to your past behavior. But as long as you continue to post in the manner you have as of late, you'll be fine. We've had plenty of poster come back from their suspension better.

Yes. Just stop with the childish posts and you'll be fine. Your record isn't as bad as many others who have longer histories with greater offenses. It's all minor stuff in the end for you, but just a lot of it that finally caught up to you.

Nice try sir, but your account was NEVER formally suspended, just put on a temp hold because of the troll activity we had that night. Any mod can tell you this, it's literally in black and white in your profile.

And that was NOT the post your account was temp held for. You had multiple trolls posts marked that night, as did many other trolls, and the way we dealt with the trolls that night were by putting multiple offenders on a 12 hour acct hold and deleting said posts. There was no time for bs warning PMs for users who have been here for a while and know the board rules.

You chose the wrong night to troll the boards. IISC, we had close to 35 trolls that night, many of them multiple offenders. :-?
