Damn it. As long as they don't get Gruden or Cowher... I don't see Zigi paying top dollar to a coach.
I'm against picketing but I don't know how to show it.

Especially since Chilly's contract went through 2013.

I bet Frazier becomes the interim and the long term coach.

As King pointed out in his column today, with the impending lockout next year teams that change coaches may very well go with someone already on the staff. This might not get resolved until summer so bringing in a new coach with a new scheme might be very hard to do if they can't work with the players at all until next summer. So Frazier could very well be the interim coach and then the permanent coach at Minny.

Fraizer has done such a good job with the defense this year.

Good, Frazier is fine. I don't want a good coach there. And unless the Bears implode (which could still happen), Lovie will be around another year.

Mike McCarthy joins Mike Holmgren as the only coach in 20 years Favre could not get fired.

It would be awesome if we could get Singletary fired in 2 weeks, though that is less likely.

Then if the Bears collapse we could destroy them in week 17 and get Lovie fired.

Getting 4 coaches fired in one year would have to be some sort of record.

I can't imagine how much it helps the players' confidence when they see teams firing their coaches after they beat them.

I recall this happened in 96. Some team (can't recall who) fired their head coach after we played them, and the players commented on how much confidence it gave them.

Hopefully the Vikings win out and hire Frazier, and keep Tarvaris as their top QB.
