Not definite that it would make a difference, but I felt when they were picking league minimum players to round out the roster that they skewed too old. Vets are important but they don't really have enough spry legs to go around.

I felt like the Cavs should play at a faster pace as well. Heat are flawed but I almost wish they would win so they wouldnt be talked about like they will 50+ games this year.

Lakers are on cruise control already. I dont see anyway they dont win a title this year.

Also, that 3rd qtr by the Pacers was so much fun to watch. Im able to watch replays with the league pass on the computer. Its great. Go get it if you want to watch multiple games and replays.

I think the Heat will eventually start Mike Miller or Eddie House and find a starting center from somewhere(Dampier?). Arroyo can't guard or hit open shots and Anthony is a terrible rebounder given his limited responsibilities.

Toronto came to play against Orlando, but the game is far from being over, so I won't get overly excited about the small lead Toronto has.

Toronto won. Orlando played like tards down the stretch.

Kevin Love has 28 pts and 31 boards right now. God, I love that man.

That's kind of embarrassing. What a bandwagon town.

I don't really think Miami is a "bandwagon town" as much as the fact that a good percentage of their population could care less about the NBA or American sports in general.

Im watching the Heat/Char game and its a joke how many seats are empty. Attendance might be worse than ATLs

Memphis helped us by beating Miami tonight, but our Hawks failed to help themselves. This is becoming the norm.

Miami will turn it on way before the Hawks. If they dont, they will still do more damage or be more of a threat than the Hawks will ever be come playoff time.

Udonis Haslem dislocated his second toe and tore ligaments in his foot.

A key injury that will only hurt Miami. Even if UD continues to play with this injury I doubt he can stay effective.

That could be a key injury for the Heat because Fun Boy 3 or whatever their nicknamed doesn't seem likely to embrace the day to day dirty work necessary. Not even worrying about the playoff implications at this point, I take enjoyment from Hawks wins and Heat losses.

Indiana at Miami
Orlando at San Antonio

Let's see if we get any help and can actually take advantage of it.

Alot of folks are surprised at Miamis record....but I'm more surprised at how unaesthetiicly pleasing their games are. It's almost like watching a football game w/ all the breaks in action due to the massive amount of free throws they shoot each game.

38 free throw attempts for Miami so far and they only have 77 points. Indiana won 93-77.

Our Hawks never seem to take advantage.

We'll see if Orlando wins.

Hoops, you're right. Why would anyone want to watch the Heat shoot FTs? I'm watching the refs give a bunch of FTs to the Pacers - down the stretch - to make the stat sheet look better. At one point, the FT disparity was 38 to 6.

Someone's going to have to stop David Stern from destroying basketball. The poor guy thinks we only want to watch "superstars" being coddled. In truth, we want to see men rise up against adversity and overcome.
My mother told me, she said, "Elwood, to make it in this world you either have to be oh, so clever or oh, so pleasant." Well, for years I was clever; I recommend pleasant.

In the Miami board there is a whole thread dedicated to "Our Superstars Are no longer getting the calls" or something like that and everyone is agreeing.

Ive set aside times to watch this Miami team and never find myself enjoying it. Outsie of that Grizzlies game they all stink.
