LMAO that's just a NY thing I grew up on Long Island and when I went to school in Manhattan my frat brothers called me country boy.![]()
I've lived in a lot of places and while I'll always hold NY dear to my heart small town people have a charm about them. So I wish you well.
+1. I go to SUNY Albany and all I do is call the locals hicks
And on that note you wouldn't believe the amount of people I run into that think NY is the city period. It's a big state and twenty miles out and up for as far as it goes is beautiful country. Some of the best we have anywhere. I used to go camping up there when I was a kid and those hicks were alright.
Also, kind of in the same vein I guess West Virginia catches a lot of crap but next to Utah it is the most stunning place I have ever seen. Just breathtaking. Delaware is an underrated place to live IMO too, the people were the best I've seen anywhere. Very diverse and everyone so polite and caring.
