Oh my God, NO!

fwiw - Don Cherry said the (first ) Montreal goal was not Raycrofts fault.
Completely agree. That being said I was shocked at Kabs on that one, must have lost his footing. Very weak effort on the boards by Kubina. Higgins wasn't really challenged on the play and both defenders gave enough room to finish.
Another great start to a period, and we follow up with a piss-poor effort

I've been a Leafs fan since 1966-67, this is a disgusting joke, Ferguson is a tool, hired by tools. The list of his disaccomplishments is pathetic. McCabe big bucks for what, Reckless Raycroft for a 1rst and on and on, sorry i had to rant, hpoefully the job Colangelo done with the Raptors will show them the way to go

To all our soldiers serving overseas, be safe and come home soon

The good news is that Raycroft wont get the sole possesion of the record of most wins in franchise history.
Can you really blame them? How many times can your goalie let in terrible goals before you just lose steam?
I don't think there is one leaf fan in the world who didnt feel pain when that second goal went in. Don't for a second think it didn't affect the players.

Easy to blame the goalie for most of the teams distress. Blame all the penalties, poor coverage, and the weather on him as well. The team isn't playing desperate anymore, and Raycroft collapses as well. This period has turned out to be an utter disaster. Very poor showing and to solely blame Razor for the entire team's performance is ridiculous. Just face the fact, this team just isn't playoff-bound.
Now, time to rally... This season isn't done just yet.

Gotta say the Leafs were doing a okay until the 2nd goal softie. Leafs seemed to lose all momentum after that one.

The team is not playoof-bound. I've been saying that for more then a month now. Do you think its a coincidence though that the teams downfall comes directly after Raycroft gives up that terrible goal? The leafs were up 3-1 and on their way to victory. Right now, he is the sole reason they are not winning this game.
I don't need to continue harping on raycrofts mediocrity though, he won't be around next season.

The team's down-fall came from the team. They have nobody to blame but themselves. Does the goaltending deserve some heat? Absolutely. I doubt they're just going to be slapping Rayfcroft around in the dressing room. Whether they're holding their heads with shame or kicking themselves; this team has to re-load for the biggest/last period of the season.
