Collison was trying too hard tonight. He had to make a judgement call and went with Collison in OT. It wasn't a bad choice.

Saw the game, wasn't impressed with the turnovers and lack of fourth quarter impact.

When you have that big of a lead, you have to close it out. Pacers outplayed the Thunder for about three quarters, but they struggled down the stretch and the Thunder and Durant got too many easy baskets.

I was at the game. Did it look like Roy was gettin hacked and not gettin calls on TV? I knew they was gonna get bad calls, but they should've called it both ways.

Yeah, it seems like Roy still hasn't done enough to earn the respect or benefit of the doubt from the refs.

That said, this game was our fault. We committed way too many careless turnovers and gave up way too many offensive rebounds to the Thunder. It's frustrating really, because this is a game at home that you should have won before a west coast road trip.

What I notice
17 points from the line for westbrook.
We gave up 43 points to a quick 6'3" guy.
Who did we think was going to guard him anyway?
AJ, D Jones, or Lance are the only realistic match-ups.
None saw a minute.
At least one of those guys should have seen some action tonight.

Tuff night for DG. Seven turnovers, seven missed threes... and how can your all-star forward play 44 minutes and get 4 boards? More balls fall on your head than that. He was matched by their back up point guard who played 11 minutes.
He looks much more committed to play D this year though so I am happy.

That kind of team effort will win a lot of ball games. No need to get down.

we had Rush on Westbrock on the overtime. I thought he probably was our best option although why we didn't try it sooner is a mystery.

I didn't get the Solo for Roy substitution pattern but I haven't read the morning paper and maybe they gave a post game explanation. it sure looked like Roy was getting fouled when he was triple teamed but the Pacers were going away from my seat in section 19 in the second half and overtime and so I didn't have a great view. were the TV guys going nuts about the calls?

It appeared to me Hibbert was mugged on two shots at key points at the end of regulation and with about 2 minutes in overtime. Calls on either of these plays could have turned the game.

I too am mystified as to why Rush wasn't assigned to Westbrook sooner. Also don't understand why Hansbrough gets no run at all. Both he and Foster seem like better options than Solomon Jones to me.

Granger's turnovers were hudge but so was his defense on Durant.

They got some calls their way, but that's no excuse.

Hibbert was getting hacked late, but he also has to do a better job of passing or making his move to the basket before the double team comes.

because Hansbrough is worse than Solo. Get it through your head.

OKC didnt really turn it up til the 4th. Their d was lights out in the 4th.

It's debatable who's better between Solo and Hansbrough. But it's Hansbrough.

I know I've seen enough of Solo to want to see more of Hansbrough.

Return to Indiana Pacers
