He looked a legit 6'9 to me.

Saunders eventually called on Kevin Seraphin, who got his most extended playing time of the season and recorded six points and five rebounds in 17 minutes. Seraphin didn't shoot the ball well, as he often fired the moment he touched the ball, no matter where he was. After he missed a foul line jumper, Saunders called him over and shouted, "You don't have to shoot every time!" Seraphin nodded.

And a really beefy one too. Booker's listed at 6'8" but looks shorter and smaller. I like both of them so far in their limited stints, and they may eventually add the reliable inside muscle that Wizards are usually lacking.

Could be Kevin's 6'8" and Booker's 6'7".

He was physical, never went for the pump fake, and you could tell he had no fear of him. I like that. Now the question is will he look that way against everyone else who isnt named Howard. Everyone who doesnt play with brute force. Can he hang with the quicker guys? I think he deserves a look. He should get Armstrong's minutes for a few games

You could tell that Howard was a bit taken aback the first couple times he had the ball in the post against KS since he'd been having his way with all of the other Wiz big men but he first time he tried to back Kevin down, he met a brick wall which didn't move an inch.
This kid needs to get 5 or 10 minutes a night. Neck is playing reasonably well especially given his contract but since W's & L's don't matter so much this year, we need to go the player development route and let Seraphin play even if he's not as good as Armstrong right now. You can see where he has the potential to be the enforcer to go with our finesse bigs.
The same thing was said about JaVale last-year when JaVale was riding the pine. Kevin can learn the NBA ropes much quicker by getting some playing-time along with practice and coaching. He would learn even faster with a big-an coach.

He's got the building blocks for reliable baby hooks with both hands. That footwork is going to turn into some nice post moves. The fact that he's already holding his ground and keeping his feet against DH12 is simply awesome.
There was the one play where he did an amazing job pushing howard way off the block, but then made the mistake of influencing him to his right and giving up the baseline. That will improve for sure.
Seems to have a great attitude appropriate disposition -- jovial and encouraging with teammates, unyielding and surly with opponents.
Very encouraging night from KSera.
