You think any Pacers have a shot at the All-Star Game?

I'd think that Roy and Danny have a better shot than Darren. Partially because Darren's stats aren't up to par with the likes of Rondo and Rose (thanks, JOB), but also, especially in terms of Roy, the center position isn't quite as crowded.

As long as he stays in the Eastern Conference, you can carve Dwight Howard's name into the ASG every year. But what about Roy? From what I've seen, they usually have 2 pure centers and then one who is kind of a PF/C (Horford and David Lee last year.) Roy won't be voted in by fans, that will go to Howard. So Roy's biggest competition would be (off the top of my head), Noah, Horford, and maybe Bogut because my guess is that Amare will go in as a forward.

Danny's got a tough road because of the number of SFs in the East - LeBron, Gerald Wallace, Paul Pierce, and Josh Smith (a quasi-SF).

Granger can beat out Crash this year. Hibbert will get in as the 3rd C. That's just my guess/hope.

I don't think there is ever a 3rd center in an all-star game, unless it is 3 hall of famers in their prime.

Granger has a chance.

Collison has an outside chance.

Hibbert is extremely unlikely.

Collison is very unlikely - Rondo/Rose are locks, and then a guy like Felton is simply doing better than Collison. Or John Wall. or Jameer Nelson.

Granger could easily get there - if we have a winning team and he's playing at his best, he should get the coaches' nod. Forwards Lebron, Garnett. I doubt Bosh gets in, people are dogging him hard. So who's the competition? I guess Paul Pierce, Josh Smith, Amare Stoudemire, Bosh, Gerald Wallace, uhhhhhhhhhhh yeah that's like it.

Hibbert? Very unlikely. Howard and Noah are virtual locks. They usually don't take a 3rd center, but if they did, why Hibbert? Why not Horford or Bogut? More likely they'll add an extra F or G.

There usually are, especially since someone is always injured when it rolls around.

I think Danny and Roy both have decent shots. It's still hard to say at this point though.
