It's expected though. We've gained the reputation over the years of being a bit mediocre, so they only possible way we won would be through the triumphant guidance of our very 'faithful' NBA officials. Poor excuses but this is the NBA.

Miller, I assume the bad announcers you're referring to are the Lakers TV guys? I didn't watch that feed.

I just noticed that anytime the Lakers lose, Phil Jackson will say the obligatory "we didn't play hard enough" or whatever but will usually get in a little dig at the refs or something else. Last night it was Utah's clock operator. While Utah's clock was malfunctioning towards the end, that didn't cause LA to lose the double-digit lead before the technical problems.

But there were calls missed on LA, sure and there were calls missed on Indy. Nothing blatant and nothing earth-shattering when the game was on the line and during crunch time to swing the game one way or the other (see, the Westbrook shove on Dunleavy on Friday.)

Still can't take this away from us!

They really can't. They'll get theirs. This win was more important to us.

And the Pacers have a nice crop of cheerleader but the Laker girls might trump the Pacemates.

I'm not even a Lakers fan and I want that Laker girls calendar.

First ever victory for the Pacers at Staples Center. Very impressive.

I watched the second half, and I was very impressed by our play. We are simply a tougher team on both ends, and it's been great watching the growth of players like Roy Hibbert and Brandon Rush. Darren Collison and TJ Ford have also been rock solid at running the point. Can't believe we've never won at the Staples Center before last night.
