Jets/Pats should be good. I hate both teams.
I'm against picketing but I don't know how to show it.

Ugh. We get a weaker opponent and pretty much everyone else we need to lose does too. The only team I think that has a chance to help us out is Atlanta and they'll probably blow it.

The Packers are now in sole possession of the best scoring defense in the NFL again at 15.1 points per game.

Since 2002, every team that finished #1 in scoring defense made the playoffs.

3 of the 8 teams went on to win the Super Bowl (Tampa Bay '02, New England '03, Pittsburgh '08).

Yeah I can see Atlanta losing this week, which would be a big blow.

I still just don't think TB is very good. -4 PPG differential with that schedule, they have gotten every break imaginable. It's time for their luck to run out.

ATL's only losses are at Philly and at Pitt in OT. Hopefully they take care of business.

From pft.com

Favre has a touchdown to interception ratio of 22:25 in the game played directly after his previous retirement announcements.

I think it'll be closer than the "experts" predict, but Philly wins.

Around the NFL Thread? You are slipping Chuck! :D

I was on a "you-don't-know-players" rant earlier this week, but if you really are a good guy stories like these leak out. Keep doing good and someday you will be rewarded.
