Better bad game than us. Believe me guys, it's hell in Oregon right now... Hopefully you guys have better luck because I think the Blazers might be an inch away from the cliff.

The point of mentioning Simmons comments was to say that Simmons regarded him as one of the best defenders in the league at the time. He has certainly not ascended into Simmon's opinion of him. Or many others.

Let me ask you this. If Iggy is such a great defender, why hasn't he EVER BEEN ON THE NBA ALL DEFENSIVE TEAM? EVER? NEVER. NOT ONCE. NADA. THE NULL SET. ZERO. ZIP. NIL. AS MANY AS YOU AND I.

For crying out loud, Thabo Freaking Sefolosho was on it last year.

So, good- yes. Lockdown, all defensive team- no. Overrated- yes.

Yes please continue to worry about Iguodala's defense. Oh and by the way , Brandon Roy doesnt have a fg in the second half. You cant be overrated when nobody talks about you. Whens the last time anybody from the sixers made anything? Go back to the iverson era. Ron artest didnt make it last year , neither did ak47 , matt barnes , the list goes on man.

every single game the sixers give up an easy basket at the hoop from an inbound pass. now was definitely the worst time to do that

Biggest W of the season.. It's not The Blazers, but I'll take it anyway.. They are in crisis, and pretty banged up.. But Sixers showed character in clutch time for 2nd consecutive game.. Way to go..

Close win at home against a good western conference team.

Is it too late to get bow wow season tickets?

Iggy absolutely put the clamps on Roy tonight. I don't care if Roy is hurt, so is Iggy.

Take a look at the teams the guys picked played for. You should see a trend that Iggy's team has only accomplished once in the last five years. Winning has alot to do with recognition in a team sport.

This tends to be a once a year thing and I hate to use it up so early, but... don't you two make me pull this car over!

First all year. All the other wins we won going away by double digits.

Brandon was locked down all night. If you didn't see it take the blinders off.

good win. We have really played well against Portland the last couple of years.

So this ET situation ....rough.

What's up with Holiday dishing only 1 assist? Only 23 minutes of floor time too. Odd. You never know with Collins.

Nocioni was big. Glad to have a guy like him who delivers when his name is called upon.

Iguodala finishes the game with only four FG attempts? Very strange.

Spencer Hawes shoots 5/7. Stranger.

The Blazers' reserves were held to 3/21 shooting. Great stat.

Nice win fellas. We have two days rest and then are back at it in Atlanta.

Great perimeter defense this game especially Iguodala who shut Roy down. I really think being on team USA has helped him. He makes more crisp passes, his jumpshot looks a little better, but his defense has become elite in my eyes. Just because a player scores on you or gets past you once or twice does not mean anything.
