Well we're undefeated on the road so far this season and we've won 8 straight games against the Warriors, so lets try to keep those streaks alive tonight in Oakland. This should be a high scoring and exciting game. Containing the Warriors backcourt is going to be the key to this one. We need to keep Eliis out of the paint and we need to close out on Curry. Also we can't sleep on Dorell Wright, we can't leave him open and we can't give him easy shots.

Go Spurs!!

I see David Lee owning us on the boards like Kevin Love..

Hope to see more of Splitter tonight.

I don't think so. David Lee is no Kevin Love when it comes to rebounding. Lee averaged 11.7 rebounds in 37.3 minutes last year. Love got 11 boards in 28.6 minutes. That's almost 9 full minutes.

I have my worries because it's an away game and we're bound to lose someday on the road. we're 8-0 right now I think so i'm a bit worried.

Duncan needs to make quicker moves on the lowpost. This season, he's been trying to back people down a lot. I remember the days when he's more agile that he makes quick post moves. He's older now, but he's not exactly big and strong. These backing downs don't really work. He's trying to back down David Lee twice now with no success. Seen these quite often this year.

Stephen Curry is off to a good start. Monta Ellis not so much. Spurs up 30-26 after 1 quarter.

Turnovers might again be a problem. Already with 5 in the game.

Duncan and Blair are really hurting them in the paint. Let's keep this up!!

Duncan, Manu and Blair are playing great right now. We need to do a better job on Curry, he's hurting us right now.

I never worried about this game, I guess I just had this feeling we'll win easily. David Lee played zero defense and really hurt them on that end of the floor, getting posterized by RJ was all his fault. Manu was sensational as he's been all season and Tim Duncan got his first regular-season triple-double since 2003. BTW, anyone else had a feeling that Tiago Splitter 3 in the end was going in? :D

15-2, 1st in the west, best record overall - who'd a thunk it?

Manu is our MVP right now. He's the one most consistent and brings it every game so far. Duncan is having too many off nights. Parker is kinda struggling.

Return to San Antonio Spurs
