Joe, Josh, and Al combine for $42 million dollars in salary next season. So unless you have a plan to dump one of those or pretty much every other player on the roster then that just isn't going to work.

Even with the mistake called "turk"... We have had one of the hardest if not the hardest first 21 games in the nba schedule with the most back to backs games. Look it up. And we are still 8-9? It won't happen.
NYK wants Carmelo, so they need to keep Curry as expiring if they make a trade.

They can have Felton/Joe/Anthony/Stoudemire, but they need to not trade Curry.
Felton/Joe/Stoudemire would make 42M in 2011-12, so it leaves enough for Anthony, but they would need to trade all their current contracts, and no expiring.

Or they have to be sure they will be able to make a sign-and-trade for Anthony, which is a possibility, DEN certainly would prefer to get Galinari and Turiaf for example than nothing (if all the other players under contracts are traded).
