For anyone who advocates losing and tanking, think back to the 07 47 W season

It was my favorite as a Raptors fan. And the one that turned me from casual basketball watcher to nerd

There is nothing better than when a team who thinks they're headed for the bottom, makes a surprise playoff run

If you're gonna do it do it properly. No one is going to read that.

Even that team had an all-star though.

One difference. Bulls had a budding superstar in Derrick Rose. There is a difference between developing a team with superstar talent and one with mediocre talent. I fully support you in that I want the team to make the playoffs, I just don't know if by going to the playoffs, we are going to develop into a 4-6 seed team through the learning experience. This team needs to add a key piece before it becomes anything. Personally, and I have stated it before, I believe this team would be awesome with a dynamic point guard. Chris Paul, Deron Williams, John Wall, Derrick Rose, Russell Westbrook, Tyreke Evans, Devin Harris (Questionable). A player like this. Based on their ability to drive, penetrate, dish and score (not just in the bedroom), they would compliment our up tempo, slashing, run and gun style of offense.

possible things to look forwards to:

if we are still in the race come all star break, no way in hell we don't get one of our players in there....hopefully Bargnani! :D

Edit: I think people will be impressed that we are not the worst team in the league...lol and we are actually better defensively.
