Has anybody thought of how their chemistry is off the court? i feel that chemistry on the court can be a reflection off the court... and it seems these guys aren't on the same page (from players to coaching staff)
just a thought.
Anyway... i said last game that there are no excuses for our losing streak, but damn this really makes me hope Bynum comes back PRONTO!

Welp, glad I missed this game (but not glad about having a massive hangover).
Looks like Pau put up a real stinker, but that doesn't particularly surprise me since Chuck Wagon is the type of "big" that gives him problems, not to mention the Rockets in general have pretty physical FC. I'm not really sure what to say about Pau at the moment, but he's definitely been struggling recently after that smoking start. I guess his hamstring acting up isn't really helping at the moment.
And let me guess... Battier went off on Kobe again? I just love how Kobe continues talking about our lack of of defense in post game interviews, yet he's a huge part of the problem. Our guard defense has been absolutely pathetic all year long and it's going to be a real travesty when he makes another All-Defensive team this year. How many times has Battier burned Kobe with huge 3-pointers late in the game? For a guy that studies film tape so much you'd think he'd learn by now.
I see he had another Allen Iverson type shooting night as well.
10-24 in 31 minutes? Seriously?
... and why aren't we reducing Derek Fisher's minutes? Steve Blake is a much better player on both sides of the court. He's WAY quicker and can stay with his man on defense, and his decision-making is fantastic. I don't care if Fisher hits 2 or 3 big shots a year. He's a big negative for us 99% of the time when he's on the court. His defense is absolutely pathetic and he makes the dumbest decisions on the floor. Give Blake more minutes for crying out loud.
I hate to say this (not really), but Fisher being an iron man is a very bad thing.
Props to Odom for bringing it again.

His fingers are messed up to the point I think he can't shoot it like his 81 games year. Instead of trying to shoot like it is 2005, kobe should revert to more of a "1b" kobe mode of the prior 3 repeat in the triangle offense.
I am sick of seeing him chucking 3s after 3s when the lakers are down by 3 in less than 2 minutes. More often than not, he shoots the lakers to a loss with his current hand condition.
Fisher days as a 25+min starter are done. He should be playing 15 minutes max to just spread the floor.

I agree that Kobe and Fisher needs to adjust the way they have been approaching the game during this 4 game skid but let's not completely lose total faith in them yet.
This was the same issue last season and they figured it out later in the season.
Well if you and many others feel it's time for Kobe and Fish to step down from their usual role that's fine. I'm just sure Phil doesn't think it's that time yet.
They will figure it out.

Kobe should have fixed his fingers in the offseason

i agree with that, i just couldn´t believe that he did not got it fixed in the summer, i mean, would he lose more than 1 month of regular season?? i don´t think so
