you should be studying in college not watching nba

imo only worth if you like to watch other team as well (beside Laker, Heat, Celtics, Magic they usually on national tv)
not the Rockets, some games will be blackout (even not on national tv)
i watch more Thunder and Bulls this year than Rockets

i would pick
Rockets (duh)
Thunder (Durant and Westbrook are awesome to watch)
Magic (Dwight leaping ability)
Bulls (Rose is insane this year and I'm fan of coach Thibodeau)
Laker and Celtics (got to have them, they are usually on Natioanl TV, but sometime they aren't)
Suns (Nash is always fun to watch)

I definitely think it's worth it. Although some of the games are blacked out in my area, between what I can catch on TV and games on League Pass I've seen every Rockets game thus far. I hate desperately looking in advance trying to see what Rockets games I'm able to watch...which ends up being like one every 2 weeks. The quality is good, and what's best is that all the games are recorded online so if I'm not at home I just don't check the score and start the game late and I am able to fast forward all the commercials/half time.

Not really. You can get some quality links from a wide selection of sites.

+1. While I'd presume league pass is more easily accessible with better features such as replay, live boxscores, etc, I've nearly seen every Rockets game for the past couple of years, and never owned league pass. And that goes with other games too that I'd sometimes flip on if it was a close, or big game.

yes, it's worth it if you can afford to spend $160 on basketball games.

and uh, there is no comparison between league pass and streaming games online unless you have like a 20inch tv. i mean, sure at the end of the day you watch the game, but it's the difference between driving a ford focus and a lambo.

the only annoying thing are blackouts. i live in seattle, which you think wouldn't have problems. but they black out blazer's games and i don't have fox sports nw or whatever. luckily i don't really care for the blazers.

that's why i don't like it
i had it for one year and they blackout 1/4 of rockets games
wtf i'm in austin
fox is showing spurs and mavs no rockets
so i'm blackout?
i forgot which team/game
they sometime blackout game not even on cable nor anywhere near texas
it's just weird

^^ daam that sucks, i can deal w/ a few blackouts a year, but 1/4 of 82 is about 20, there's no point in getting league pass unless they give it half off or ur rich. im so daam lucky to live in the pacific time zone. latest games start at 7:30

and streaming is not better than league pass. unless you gotta streaming site in high quality w/o having to switch links. streams usually suck, you have to go through different links to find the best one. i usually keep the ones that work in case one stream goes off.

its strange this season how every rockets game had a decent link. usually there's games where the links go off during the game and dont come back. hasn't happened yet

You should have better things to spend $160 on if you're a broke student (ex. food).

$160 of food gets you through two weeks, maybe three. League Pass gets you through half a year.

NBA league pass broadband 7 teams was $119 in the start of the season. I got early bird offer, it was around that much or less. The regular is $189. I picked dallas, houston, utah, chicago, washington, new york, atlanta. I should've gotten miami and golden state warriors though. I thought they'd show MIA games on national tv often. But not really. I already can watch LAker and Clipper games on national tv.

Free stream onlines. If you get lucky, there's a good quality stream taken directly from LP lol.
