...would you be in favor of dumping Harris/Outlaw for expirings and signing LeBron and Melo outright as free agents?

LeBron
Morrow
Melo
Favors
Lopez

Potential dynasty, imo.

It would not suprise me. Reilly has been pulling off this type of stuff for ages. Everyone knew he was tampering when the heat got Alonzo from Charlott.

Didn't the league actually poo poo on the Juwan Howard Deal?? Which in hindsight would of been what the heat deserved...lol

The NBA may mete out punitive measures to MIA for tampering by means of recruitment of those two, but I can't imagine they would void their contracts altogether. The Player's Union would be furious.

Likely, they'll restrict the Heat's use of the MLE, which is really the only way MIA can build around their Big Three. If the league does that, I doubt Miami can string together championships, and that *should* serve as enough of a punishment, as well as a caution to other players and teams thinking of following suit.

If the NBA took away their MLE, I'd laugh so hard because that's the only that more players will be able to come the Heat since LBJ, Wade, and Bosh ate almost all of the cap. Dreams are best when they are dreams. But when they become reality, you start to see that all dreams lack a sense of reality to them. I know it's early but I think the Heat are starting to see that a summer of dreaming is much better than the reality of actually playing.

So there's a 0% chance that the NBA voids their contracts.. combine that with all great players avoiding New Jersey (see: LeBron/Wade/Dirk/Amare/Bosh/Johnson/Boozer/Lee/Gay/Pierce this off-season), the fact that no one would be trading for Harris + Outlaw when LeBron, Bosh, and Melo are hitting free agency, and this has to be trolling.
