Been listening to MLB radio on SiriusXM. Good to hear lots of fans from St. Louis call in with their respects. I know the same is being done all around MLB cities on their Sports Radio. And everyone says the same thing, no matter what team they love. In life, Ron Santo was denied the HOF. Maybe now, the Veterans Committee can step up and do the right thing and give him his due. Santo belongs in the HOF.

man this is an incredibly sad day.. i wish we could of won the world series for him. I think this might be the turning point for this epic losing organization and light a fire under them to say we need to win now!. Rest in peace Ron Santo.. i'm sorry we didn't win a world series for you and i'm sorry that even the heavens you might not see the cubs win the world series.

Very sad news. Just terrible that he never got to get into the HOF while he was alive...he was a HOF player and deserves to be there. RIP Ron
