I agree that Alex probably should have gotten a shot, but at 145. He's not great (he's actually kinda bad), but IMO, he has a better chance of becoming something than Cody McKenzie or Aaron Wilkinson, who both got fights on the finale (albeit against each other).

I guess the UFC doesn't have room for potential anymore unless the guy can still win fights in the UFC.

2 rounds into the Nam vs Johnson fight - MJ had better not get this decision. "Lean on him" is the tactic - take him down and pin him? This is **** MMA. Nam's been taking him apart and takedowns last 20 secs before Nam gets back to his feet.

Great fight, BTW. Nam took a lot of Michael's spirit that second round. Amazing body shots. And Nam has walked through a barage himself. Amazing stuff. One of the best fights I've seen on TUF. Johnson has heart but nothing compared to Nam.

Those body shots! Lefts and rights both! No one does that in MMA, it's super great to watch.

BTW: "I'm not going to lose to a guy who beats-off in the shower"? Really, that's a perversion? Who doesn't beat-off in the shower and where else are you going to clean the pipes when in that house?

Geez Kos, you've made a career out of doing just that and just now you see a problem with it?

In the UFC, Kos has 5 wins by decision and 8 wins by stoppage. Most of those decisions were in his early days. Kos has been finishing fights at a much higher clip than GSP over the last handful of years.

Man, there's no defending the hypocrisy. Why try? The Paul Daley fight was entirely Kos using the anti-fight method to avoid Daley's offense. What are you talking about, quoting your Sherdog search?

Terrible decision. There's just no way. Nam was back on his feet within 20 secs of every takedown. And he clearly punished Johnson on the feet, pushed him around, kept coming forward and had Johnson woozy from body strikes. Stupid.

Johnson fooled me. I thought he'd crumble from those body shots. Good God, Nam can throw some body shots. A quick look at Johnson's record shows something interesting... He's never been stopped by strikes, and the eating of those savage body shots is a testament to his durability. I can't name many 155ers that could take those shots. I think I caught him wincing once.

Oh, he was really hurt. You could see him slow down and question himself. It was interesting to see - he came back and kept throwing. But you could see him have to dig to get that motivation.
