Yes, I was disappointed in the butt kissing some CAV players had toward Lebron and their effort on the court--- but tanking to tank isn't the answer either and will lose the CAVs season ticket holders too which Gilbert can't afford to do IMO. Teams like the Clippers have tanked and collected high draft picks and play with no heart for years.

IMO, the CAVs should wait and be patient to move some of these soft players closer to the trade deadline to contenders. Giving them away is not a solution for the CAVs since cap space is not that great of an asset to the CAVs. Anyone on the CAVs present roster could be moved in the right deal for useful young players and/ or draft picks.

Even his attempt at trolling was terrible.

Indiegrind, for the record, we have been putting up with so much sh*t for the last three plus years from other teams fans that I (we) have little patience. So you have been here for a while, right? What happened when Brown didnt play Z in a meanigless regular season game when he would have set the record for games for this franchise? Did we have his back? Of course we did, so dont go implying we didnt give a crap about him, or not show him any loyalty.
We also realize that the NBA is a business, and Lecon by waiting to announce his decision and not giving the team any advance screwed the team in that it was far too late in the offseason to try to compensate for his loss. And he knew damn well that he was doing that. But hey, we should just go sit in the corner and not react so people like you can be happy I guess.
This game was the closure that the fans of Cleveland needed win or lose, a chance to vent, except for the pitiful effort the players on the floor put out this would have been it. I know he will always be booed here, and rightfully so as he will be booed in most other arenas as well. I was looking forward to this game being over and not having to rehash this crap anymore.
But, of course now due to the ass whipping the players received on the court there will be more of the "Cleveland looked bad" or "Lebron showed them" crap on these boards that comes from the minority of fans who could post their opinions on the GB rather than to try to incite our fans by telling us how stupid you think we look for having an opinion that differs from yours. I am a Cavs fan and have been since the 70's, thats right Jim Cleamons and Foots Walker were my favorites growing up back then.
I personally have invested over 35 years of my life being a fan of this team, all of our sports franchises for that matter and really dont appreciate being punked on national TV by some entitled athlete no matter how talented, and it makes it worse when someone rides in on their high horse to try to explain how things should be in their opinion. Everybody is welcome here, but stick to basketball and save the DR. Phil stuff for somewhere else please.
